Couples Photo Sessions

Couples photo sessions can be done at any time of the year, but are usually most popular in the Fall and in the Spring. Each photo session is customized to you and your special someone, no matter what that looks like. Whether you need only 15 minutes, or 90 minutes with multiple wardrobe changes or locations, we can schedule something that is right for you.

Each couples photo session is done at the location of your choice, on the day you want, and at the time you choose, (all within reason). Your photographer will work with you to make you comfortable and have a fun and stress-free photo shoot. Usually photo sessions are done without props, using just the beautiful scenery around you as a backdrop, but if there is something special you want included in your session, just ask!

While styling is not included with your session, we are always able to answer questions about color, clothing, hair, makeup, and location choices.

When your session is done, it usually takes about 10-14 days before you will see an email in your inbox telling you that your pictures are ready for viewing. You are then able to pick the photos you love the most, which are made available for high resolution download straight to your computer. Pricing for prints can be provided at your request, but otherwise you are free to use whatever printer you prefer, or just keep the images digitally for viewing on any device.

Mini Couples
Session

15 Minutes - Indoor or Outdoor

A quick mini session is great when you don’t need a lot of variety or don’t need a large quantity of pictures.

Mini sessions can be done outdoors or at an indoor studio with a backdrop and props. This type of sessions usually yields about 5 high resolution digital images for instant download.

Typical Couples
Session

30-45 minutes Outdoors

A typical couples session is for one couple (with the option to add a pet or two if requested).

Couples sessions are great for getting a variety of shots on multiple backgrounds. These sessions are done on location, at outdoor venues. Couples sessions are often used to document an event, such as an anniversary, and can also be used to announce a pregnancy, home purchase, or other life event.

Depending on the length of the session, a typical couples session would yield anywhere from 8-20 high resolution digital images for instant download.

Extended Couples Session

45-90 minutes outdoors

An extended couples session could include wardrobe changes, multiple locations, the addition of multiple pets, or just a longer session.

Extended couple sessions are great for documenting a life event, like a birth announcement, etc. Extended couples sessions are done on location, at outdoor venues.

Depending on the length of the session, an extended couples photoshoot can yield anywhere from 20-35 high resolution digital images for instant download.
